Code of Conduct Rules

Be excellent to each other: No toxicity, harassment, discrimination (race, gender, age, etc.), or drama. Zero tolerance—immediate gkick.

Professional casual vibe: We group efficiently for dungeons, quests, and PvP, but life > WoW. No mandatory attendance, but reliability matters.

Communication first: Use Discord for group signups/RSVP (min 24h notice if no-show). Announce absences early.

Chat & Voice:

Guild/party chat: Keep it positive, helpful. No politics/religion/NSFW.

Discord: Mic required for groups. Mute if background noise. No spamming/screaming.

Dungeons, Quests & Events:

Signup/RSVP encouraged via Discord. 10+ min late = replaced. No-show 3x/month = trial rank.

Loot: MS > OS > rolls (no whining—/random for ties).

PvP & Other Activities: Open to all, but prioritize guild groups. No poaching for rivals.

Inactivity: 30 days offline = inactive rank (bank access paused). Inform if on break.

Discipline (3-Strike System):

Strike 1: Minor: late/ no show/ chat slip: verbal warning + note

Strike 2: Repeat/ Moderate: Prep fail, attitude: 1 week trial/ demotion

Strike 3: Major: Toxicity/ Ninja/ Chronic Flake: Guild Kick (appeal to GM or Officers)
